Make sure the Elyria eSIM is selected for mobile data and Data Roaming is on for that line, then restart your phone.

When should I install my eSIM?

Before you leave, on Wi-Fi. Your plan only starts when you arrive.

Can I keep my usual number?

Yes: your usual SIM stays active for calls and texts, while the Elyria eSIM handles data.

How do refunds work?

An eSIM that has not been installed can be refunded. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email.
